I tried searching for Sci fi babes for you Lord Lucan. I searched tumblr for "sci fi babe gif" and these are the results. This woman and her chair.  And of course, David Bowie.  Those were the only results. I'm actually quite shocked by that. |

I know this is common knowledge, but I think these gifs are a great example of just how adorable Nichelle Nichols is. Not like, "aw, so cute" adorable, but like someone who you'd go out of your way to impress just so you could see her laugh kind of adorable. Is that weird? Man, I think she's cool. |

Man, I think she's cool. yeah-- she was a role model for a lot of reasons, but one of them was pure charisma-- like hot, smart older sister, liz purr, that one popular girl who made it look easy when it wasn't. |
