Some years ago I inadvertently became a gimmick account over at the AVC. I had a pretty good run as a pervert from the Gilded Age, but over the past few months found myself commenting quite infrequently and so decided to give the character I'd become a final send off. In late April I began what was to be my magnum opus, a strange gothic horror epistolary. I planned to finish the tale towards the end of the summer or the beginning of the fall, but then Kinjapocalypse was announced with a vague timeline, so I decided to power through and finish everything before my disqus account became utterly useless there, and managed to beat the clock so to speak by a full month. Anyway randomly posting a serialized novella in the comment section of various articles on a pop culture website at odd hours does not make for a work that is easy to read in its entirety and so I have complied the letters written in digest form and provide them here, in full, for you good men and women. But that was a great story and it was a real treat seeing parts of it pop up in random threads. Glad to see it all gathered together in one place, too.
