Let's be honest here, EVERY day must suck for a Jets fan. Even when my team is doing badly, we still win games. Go Pats! Let me take you to Thanksgiving, 2012. The setting is a quiet south Massachusetts town, not too far from Plymouth, along the rocky shores. Real Patriots territory, where the chances of a single aberration in fandom is precisely nil. Ever since meeting Ma Freshenmeyer, I've spent Thanksgiving with her family. And like any fan of any team on one side of a rivalry, I talked up some big game. Second quarter. 9:10 left on the clock. There is a picture of my face at the precise moment Steve Gregory reached the end zone, the fumbled ball in tow. I have never felt so alone. Haha, and there was still the butt fumble yet to come! Probably the second most amazing play I've ever seen from the Patriots, the other being Doug Flutie's drop kick.

Ugh. Niles Paul gets crushed while going across the middle, and I did stop to think about whether or not the catch would count (and I would get a few more points before he gets ruled out for a concussion).
I feel dirty.

I am grateful for Steve Smith for living up to my expectations of destroying his former team for my cash league... that said the rest of all my teams seem to be entirely made of glass.

So Tom Brady replacement time in two of my three leagues...
I'm hoping Demaryius comes back with a big game too or I may have to try and fleece the Bronco fan in my cash league in a trade.

He's been awful at drafting for years, but now that he's cutting productive members for no reason it's just becoming ridiculous. Especially now that Brady has twice restructured his contract to keep some of the bigger contracts (he was furious when they didn't resign Welker after he took a big pay cut).
Guys, how awesome is Red Zone? I hate the presentation, but it's so convenient for Fantasy.

It's like he's a mechanic that wants to see how long a car can run while removing parts one by one.
RedZone is okay. It's really only good for fantasy, though.

Thanks to Arian Foster's amazing day, I'll have a slightly embarrassing loss instead of a hugely embarrassing loss.
1-4! 1-4! 1-4!
Edit: Holy shit, Foster is actually giving me a fighting chance!

Thank Christ the Lions missed that field goal, I need Fatty to put up more points for me! Just don't throw it to Tate, bro!
Edit: You have got to be fucking kidding me.

HOLY SHIT 58 YARD FIELD GOAL YES! I hope Frank Gore has a stroke. That is now the only way I can win.

I took foster out this week in one of my leagues...
And in an even more depressing note I have suffered my 4th starting RB and 6th overall injury in my cash league as Zac Stacy goes down...

I've hit the 3 wins that Yahoo projected for me already. I guess it's time to Jags it up.

I won my non-TI league by 5 points thanks to Lynch. I don't have very much going on in my life, but at least I'm 4-1 in pretend sports.

Damn monday night comebacks. Seattle kicking converts got me the win in my cash league though so can't complain too much.
Desperately need my waiver claim on Ronnie Hillman or Andre Williams to be successful in that league though.

I dunno why but I have a feeling that our league is going to get real silly soon. Jerm and I were expected to be the worst teams but we're in 1 and 2, but I don't think it's gonna last...

I was predicted to be winless (but that was probably due to me forgetting to pick a defense in the draft).
Then I shoulda lost to outforawalk in the first week, except for a completely heroic effort by the kicker in week 1.
