I thought to myself "Explorers?" and sure enough, they were. I did police explorers for about 3 months after I became an Eagle Scout. Really opened my eyes about cops. Both the dumb crap they have to deal with (like 90% of the work in our town was drunk drivers and domestic disturbances) and the fact that the only people who stayed in the program were the absolute worst people to be cops. |

Amazon needs to sort itself out since this is apparently a thing that exists. I found this while searching for a mermaid barbie which is also a thing that exists and that my daughter wants for her birthday. I couldn't really handle all of Amazon's other problems, but forcing me to think about the mechanics of mermaid pregnancy for even 2 seconds is just unforgivable. |

And as always, it's a shame that there's an actual interesting conversation to be had (whether the messiah-ification of Thurnberg is completely a good thing) that's lost because it's only being had by bad faith, right-wing assholes. |

Especially after a Trump meeting recently played a video where his face was superimposed onto a guy shooting a stand in for BLM in the head.
