Maybe this isn't particularly interesting as a topic; there are a lot to choose from. This has always been my favourite. I've never been there, but it reminds me of pictures taken from the summit of the ruins of Corfe Castle in Dorset looking out to the coast. Majestic.

Dellarigg I came here specifically to post Nebraska, good call. Hard to think of a better match between cover art and the contained music. I've always found The Suburbs pretty evocative too.

My current favorite and it just fits the music so, so well. Are you that rarest of species: a female prog rock fan? They're prog rock, no? I've listened to one of their songs, one time, and remember the singer sounded like Lennon. Apart from reading they're classified as that, and from Australia, I know nothing of them.

Well yes, but because of Rush, Devin Townsend, Bigelf, etc. I would say Tame Impala is more like fuzz/psychedelic rock. But yes, I guess I do a lot of non-typical "girl" stuff!

I see; well maybe I mistook them then. Didn't mean to be condescending in that remark; I was never a prog rock fan at all in general, but I have male friends who are major ones, and the lack of widespread female interest in the genre (esp. their relative absence at concerts) was something of a source of amusement.

Look at this fucking train. I'll never listen to this album because I know there's no way the music can live up to the cover.

I almost posted that too. My favourite album of theirs, incidentally.
