creme eggs are shit now they changed chocolate but im gonna try to salvage this once great brand. im gonna buy multiple creme eggs and - put one or more in the fridge
- put one or more in the freezer

I've already been putting them in the freezer. It. . .doesn't change the experience much at all, actually. (I love 'em unconditionally, though.)

I find the best way to "prepare" a creme egg to improve it is just before you're going to eat it, go ahead and throw it in the trash.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the year i ate a creme egg every working day from February to September. Glory days.

I used to be all about creme eggs as a youth. They do not exist here in the Far East so I hadn't had one since 2002 or so at the latest. Last year my mother sent some from US and A along with some other items. I ate one and threw the rest away. They were so disgustingly sweet it pained me to eat it. I felt so utterly disgusting that I will never eat another creme egg for the rest of my days.

I don't like Cadbury Creme Eggs very much. Too sweet with WAY too much fondant. I'm alright with the mini-creme eggs. And I don't mean the all-chocolate mini eggs. I mean these guys. Same chocolate, same filling, just smaller and better proportioned. But also weirdly hard to find. Also, unrelated, the all-chocolate mini eggs are really good after a quick blast in the microwave. |
