I'll be visiting the nation of my birth in the next week, and it being the empire of junk food I'm wondering what new chips, cookies, candy, etc I should be trying while I'm down. My sister-in-law has generously offered to stock a selection of stuff we can't get up here in Canada, but being that we don't get it I don't have any idea what to ask for! A this point the one thing I asked for was anything good from Trader Joes which we don't have where I am, any other ideas?

Is everything still just "Branded Junk Food A Flavored Branded Junk Food B?" When I was last in the Empire of Junk Food that's all I saw. Jolly Rancher Flavored Pop Tarts! Starburst Flavored Oreos! Cheetos Flavored Mike's Hard Lemonade!

Hershey's Gold is surprisingly delicious. That's the one thing I've been curious about for a bit now, and of course I never saw it once while I was down there.
