Okay, since apparently trying to call my daughter's school district's tech support means an hour wait and the computer teacher isn't responding, can I get some assistance here maybe?
BGirl's school uses Zoom for classroom sessions this semester. Nearly EVERY SINGLE FUCKING MORNING, she has problems logging in. The teacher posts a new link in the Google Classroom feed every day, you're supposed to just be able to click on it, enter the password and you're in. But for US, this doesn't fucking work. It just says "invalid password" despite knowing it is definitely right every time.
The teacher has suggested shutting down the Chromebook and waiting until later to try again, which I tried many times, my wife suggested typing in the meeting code manually and that didn't work...but yesterday, after 45 minutes of this pointless repetition, it finally worked.
Today, same thing...nothing worked. Then I tried logging her in via the web instead of the Zoom app itself and it worked on the first goddamn try.
WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS SHIT?! I can't deal with this every day, and I know it pisses Mrs B off every day she has to put up with this when I'm not at home.
