Seeing that album title makes me wish the Everly's had recorded in an era when they could have called the album Everly Goddamn Time.

Voting this month only for things I've never heard of, without clicking the links.
That's a whole lot of gecs.

A pitch for Arab Strap:
As I mentioned in the nomination, I place this duo’s earlier lo-fi output slightly above this one but I chose the album because it has arguably the most accessible arrangements and production of their recordings. Though they were always somewhat of a cult item in the U.S., I recall this record breaking through on some level with American indie rock fans.
Also, being named after a tavern, it seemed appropriate now that people are returning to social lives. After several albums of besotted tales of drinking and toxic relationships, on this one the duo discuss their lives with more clarity, regret, and optimism, which seems fitting as we figure out where to go post-pandemic as societies.

There's a band called Cleft? Are we running out of band names?

There's a band called Cleft? Are we running out of band names? There was! We are! The first song from their first EP was called Chin! What a bunch of wags!! Anyway, they weren't/aren't particularly popular outside of the small UK math rock scene of ~2011-2016 that they were part of. Within it they were revered and I like them a lot but they probably shouldn't win here really, I didn't think anyone would vote for them. For the curious, this is a song:

For the curious, this is a song: Kind of a Fall of Troy without vocals vibe here.
I had thrown away my 3rd vote on The Knife, but I've just decided to throw it away on this band instead.

This is quite a tie that needs to be broken in the next 12 hours so I don't have to find a 4-sided coin.
