I mostly hang around the Newswire, TI, Savage Love, movie reviews, and some TV Club for the shows I actually watch as they air.
I comment almost never so you may have to dig into the archives to find something worthy of silent scorn. I'll work on posting some things here that are more shameful.
I'll start now! I thought Hot Tub Time-Machine was a pretty decent movie.

I'm a long-time AVC lurker (since around 2011) but have only been posting since this spring. In honor of reaching 500 posts I decided I would check out this forum people kept talking about... and promptly forgot to do so for 2 weeks. Due to the inanity of my job I've been around just about every section of the AVC, I just don't often post. I don't expect it to be much different here.

I'm really glad to know this place exists!
Its sad to remember the unique place AVC once was for online conversation before Disqus turned our little community into a data mine. And just wait until Disqus is sold to Kelloggs and every second post will be from Tony the Tiger or Toucan Sam telling us how to improve our daily breakfast. I already know the answer to that, Kelloggs, its called CAP'N CRUNCH and its made by QUAKER OATS.
Its so nice to see so many familiar faces here! I'll be reading up now to get a feel for the place!
