Yay! Two Australians! We finally have a replacement if Opp breaks. Make that three Australians. Other than that, just another AVC lurker, who wanted to run out of that burning building about 3 weeks after it collapsed. I'll probably never comment again, so byeeeeeeeee. Four Australians. Long-time AVC lurker here, back when AV had a matchmaking service and Homestarrunner needed a flash plug-in and you had to view via their website... probably in AltaVista or something. Hey Fabronaut. Welcome to the world of tomorrow...today! Or at least yesterday. Or more likely the day before yesterday by the time you read this. Check out some threads, familiarize yourself with the rules, hang out, join in the malarky and shenanigans. I kinda idly poked around a bit. not sure where to specifically jump in. some stuff occurred to me, but I wasn't sure what the etiquette is re: dredging up necro'd threads or possibly duplicating existing discussions. realistically, I'd be most comfortable in the overshare threads, as I'm not always great at filtering or regulating. feels like a bit of a catch 22, but I'll manage :3 I'll have to skim the rules again, but the major caveat that most forums kinda skirt stuck out: keep the NSFW ish stuff relatively sanitized. other than the occasional crass joke or slightly dodgy discussion tangent, I think I'll be fine. glad to be here with you fine folks  edits: smartphone autocorrect, overtired and slightly inebriated. yeeep |

Dig up as many old threads as you like - I always enjoy rediscovering comments that didn't get anything like as many upvotes as they should've. Keeps me good and bitter, where I need to be. |

I should've gone with digging up necro'd threads. forty lashes for the use of mixed metaphor, or is my brain just bleeding? now I'm wondering if Miss Manners covers exhumation in general (of social skeletons in the closet or literal ones). |

Hi, everyone! I'm idiotking! And I'm back, baby!
I have so few posts on here, on this profile, because back in one of my many bouts of severe depression, I obliterated my original TIF profile (christ, I almost did in my AVC one, until I found I couldn't figure out how to annihilate a legacy account).
Eventually I thought the better of it, and re-joined. This is also why the current avatar is not the "classic" idiotking avatar, but a gritty REBOOT avatar.
Also, I miss the TMI threads. But if I'm not grandfathered in first, then I probs will just hit the 100 post point soon now that we're being Kinja'd.
