Yeah, I had the firstie at the old country decrying Clickhole without looking at it. I stand by it. If you don't look at the URL, you're just running up against Poe's Law here.

Well, I'm enjoying it, and when I sent it around to friends the reaction was positive. Not sure why or how they will regularly update the site with more "content", and not sure anyone will visit more than 3 times, so it may wither and die in a month.
I loved taking the "Which OITNB character are you?" quiz and being told that I am none of them.

I chuckled at a few. 5 Iconic Movie Scenes That Were Actually Fake. I think this site has some real "people mistake Onion article for reality" hijinks potential. That's always a hoot.

There are a LOT of people who don't get this and/or have bad senses of humor. It won't replace the main Onion site for me, but it's certainly given me some snickers and full-blown laughs at times.

As someone who has an inexplicable disdain for Buzzfeed, I gleefully welcome Clickhole's existence.

I really enjoyed the "Pictures of Celebrities with their Dads", where all of the 'dads' were Patrick Stewart.

I've kind of come around on this site, after initially hating the idea of it. Maybe I still do hate the idea, but love the execution. Still undecided about that name, though, not sure if it's the worst name or the best worst name.

TOO FAR CLICKHOLE. TOO FAR. I can't decide if this is awful and I hate it or hilarious and I hate it. After reading all the angry comments on the Onion's facebook link for it I have come to the conclusion that I hate it and am overjoyed at the pain and sorrow and discomfort it caused.

So I actually intentionally visited Upworthy for the first time, and it's now clear to me that Clickhole is absolutely necessary. Like these are actual headlines.
-It Only Takes One Single Minute for This Zany Comedian to Change How You Think About Your Life -When He Meets His First Child, I Cheer. When He Gets to His Second, I Almost Lose It -She Was Sexually Assaulted. She Didn't Call It That Though. Why Not? -A Teenager, A Gun, An Eye, and An Arm. Don't Worry, These Stories Have Happy Endings.
And they all have bylines. I mean I refuse to actually click on them but like someone is taking credit for this shit and calling them articles? Fuck the internet, seriously.

I really like it. While at first it seems like "Onion Lite", there are also some jokes that only work with formats the Onion has yet to add (such as the polls).
I tried clicking a zillion times in the margins to see just how many fake badges I could earn, but there's only two no matter how much you click. Is this actually a feature of Buzzfeed and Upworthy? Is it some kind of manic appeal to the Facebook crowd who earns badges by clicking on things?
EDIT: Holy shit on the Calvin and Hobbes thing.
Just holy shit.
...but c'mon, we all know if we typed it into Rule 34 we'd find far darker shit.
...it does take balls to delve into both furry porn AND shota, though. You'd have to somehow incorporate coprophagia to get any darker.

I'd have went for vore as the more obvious choice. I mean, it's in keeping with the tiger theme.

*I, oppyu, just edited a DRC comment. This makes me feel big.* TOO FAR CLICKHOLE. TOO FAR. It already has inspired a Hitler video. I guess the problem is they'll never top The Adorable Little Girl when it comes to video content. Like the quizzes anyway. I find it amusing that the most normal, researched quiz is the one about Hungry Hippos. Oh and the one about hypothetical transgender parenting.
