Summary: Burrell orders the police to start making low level arrests to boost stats and make himself look better to Carcetti.
Namond is picked up by Carver on drug charges, but takes pity on him and allows him to go home with Colvin rather than being processed.
Prez is only pretending to teach the test, as soon as the administrator is gone, the class is back to dice.
Officer Walker catches Donut driving a stolen SUV and breaks his fingers.
Little Kevin goes to Marlo to explain about getting picked up and that he thinks Randy snitched. Marlo is not so understanding and has Little Kevin killed. He knows Randy cannot hurt him, but passes it around that he is a snitch.
Herc ignores Bubbles again so Bubbles falsely claims that a minister is carrying drugs in his car.
Daniels tells Carcetti about Burrell's attempt to juke the stats.
Bodie and Poot talk about whether it was right for Marlo to kill Little Kevin.
Michael points out his stepfather to Snoop and Chris. Chris understands why Michael wants him dead and later savagely beats him to death.
Random thoughts: Namond just cannot win, his mom berates him for being scared of baby booking.
Will McNulty's wife derail his progress? There seemed to be a look there. I am not too invested in McNulty anymore, but I think that would be a cheap way to go.
Snoop with her mouth open as Chris beats Michael's stepdad, "You did not even wait to get him inside." Probably the first real emotion we have seen from Chris and it is based in empathy, huh.

Chris' beating to death of Michael's stepdad seems more like he had been molested or raped himself and let the long held anger come out of him as seen in the savage/brutal nature of it, which as mentioned, Snoop is shocked at, the anger not the beating itself.

Oh, I agree. Chris was very quick to figure out what the problem with Michael was and his anger showed that there was a personal element. I just loved Snoop's face and then her deadpan line. Snoop is more curious than anything, but it is all business. They remind me a bit of John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction. I bet their off-time conversations are great just like we got a glimpse of with the local DJ conversation.

Hey, McNulty's kids got old.
Bubbles paying back Herc's negligence by getting him to bust a black minister (PR8ZGD on the vanity plate) was amazing.
