McNulty continues to fake a serial killer, adding red ribbons to dead bodies and leaking the story to the newspaper. Bunk is against it, but Freamon has some ideas.
Valchek leaks the real crime statistics to Carcetti, giving him the ammunition to fire Burrell. Carcetti's aide leaks Daniels as a possible replacement to Gus.
Pearlman questions people involved in the Senator Davis investigation, while Davis tries to get help to no avail.
Marlo continues to try to get with Vondas. Proposition Joe sets him up with a Caribbean bank to launder his money.
Michael and Dukie take Bug to Six Flags.
Chris and Snoop torture and kill Butchie looking for Omar, but he does not talk.
Omar is in Puerto Rico and gets news about Butchie.
Random thoughts:
It is even sadder to see Michael being a normal kid.
Marlo is quite out of his element in that bank. I loved the palm tree shirt though.
I am not sure I buy Freamon jumping on McNulty's crazy train. I just don't think he is that desperate yet.
I really want to see Omar come back and lay waste to Marlo's crew but I am really scared that is not going to happen.
