1) The answer to Gary's 20 Questions is surely John Constantine, yes?
2) Of all the glories, one I loved the most (& is mentioned least so far) is how Col. Gentleman's robot hatred gets resolved in literally three seconds as a GargantuaBot rescues him after he breaks his hip.

The most amazing thing about Venture Bros is that none of it is really planned out. They just write whatever they want and then make sure it is in line with continuity. Or maybe the most amazing thing is that every episode is written by the same two or one of the two guys, or maybe it is that they also do most of the voicework. Just really the whole thing is amazing and I love it and Hammer and Publick are pure creative geniuses.

I just realised that the clone vats were almost certainly destroyed in the fire. No more Hank and Dean backups.
They wouldn't...
...actually, I think they might. Or at least make finding a backup/spare part for one of the boys a huge quest.

Yeeeeeah, stream it is. Same as Adventure Time. I'll buy the DVDs when they come out in a couple years to make up for it, same as Adventure Time.

All the way, if I wait for it to be broadcast on time here it'll probably be at least another 6 months (that may have changed with the new toon setup up here but honestly I doubt it.) That reminds me though, I should pick up season 5 on disc. One of the few shows I'll still buy every season hard copy. |

Up to S3 on my rewatch now (watching a couple episodes at lunch at work every day then one before bed.) Man I'd forgotten just how much I love this show.
Truckules might just be my favourite character name/concept ever.

In anticipation of the new season, I'm also making my way through the series (again). Just started season 4. Fuck, this show keeps getting better and better every time I revisit it. I've been binging it this weekend and the quality is just staggering. I absolutely can't wait for the new season.
