Pear, this is an excellent list, and I only know of two in which to add. The scene where DFW is talking to David Lipsky about masturbation/Alanis Morissette/technology in "The End of the Tour" The scene where Commandant asks Agu to kill the man repairing the bridge in "Beasts of No Nation"
