While the actual Thanksgiving episode is still a little bit away, here’s a more normal episode with episode four: “They Serve Horses, Don’t They?” where Bob finds a supplier of oddly cheap meat from Jimmy and Hugo and Ron are sniffing around. Can Bob keep his cool and hopefully not immediately buckle under Tina’s whining drone? Episode 4: They Serve Horses, Don't They?
Store of the week: Sew-Sew Average Needlepoint Supplies Exterminator of the week: I See London, I See Ants Pest Control Burger(s) of the day: Do Fry for Me Argentina Burger, I Know What You Did Last Summer Squash Burger, Chili Wonka Burger, Corned Identity (comes with corned beef), Tangled Up in Blueberry Burger (comes with a blueberry compote) and When Harry Met Salumi Burger (there was a pretzel bread based one but couldn’t read it)
“♫ Here comes the meat plane, right to your counter ♫” This is a bit of a quiet episode to me, what with only being a single plotline episode and involving Bob in a sting operation regarding illegally labelled horsemeat but it’s good. Hugo and Ron are always brilliant, newcomer Dan Marino as Jack Conway is a likeable addition to the extended cast but the thing that kills me about it is Tina. Her reaction to this feels a bit weak even for Tina and for some reason it kinda falls into only being an extension of an already less than fun character trait of hers especially with her passion just amplifying it. Still, at least everyone dislikes Jimmy Pesto as being an incredibly dumb and obnoxious guy which probably should please Bob and it was a reasonably fun time to be had, just not a very interesting one. C-*
| Touch of a sleeper episode here but decent enough storyline if a bit thin, Teddy becoming addicted to the taste of horseburger being the most amusing aspect. Lowered grade due to the Ollie and Andy Ding™
