And 2016 just. Won't. End.
I haven't completely gathered my thoughts, but I do know I'm mourning her on the same level I did Bowie, Prince, and Ali. So much more than just a space princess/general, but boy was she ever that. Her tireless advocacy on mental health, her incredible sense of humor, her steadfast refusal to give a single fuck in a world that simply can't handle honesty.
She was a hero, and a goddam treasure.

She was amazing and it's a great loss. I hadn't known much about her beyond her acting roles until I read Wishful Drinking and laughed my ass off. She was a force of nature and the world is sadder without her.

What a fantastic advocate for mental illness, recovery, and feminism. It's a big loss.
Gonna do the Leia buns tomorrow as a tribute.

It seems like a horrible cosmic joke but Debbie Reynolds has now died too. Poor Billie Lourd.
