How to back up your thread posts and private messages

Proboards has a feature that lets you back up your posts and messages to .csv files.  Extracting them in a usable format is a bit of a pain, but you can get the raw data by following these instructions.  The process takes about a day, and the results will be posted to the same page, so check back after submitting the request and download the files.
