I'd say Kid Rock. ICP are clearly just dumb as stumps, and I don't think they have any illusion that they aren't. Kid Rock seems to be under the mistaken impression that he isn't.
Also, no one ever mentioned ICP as potential Senators.

Meanwhile, Kid Rock is floated as a political nominee.
