GODDAMMIT you guys, where is the goddamn McAfee scan log on a Mac?! The Event Log menu item doesn't have it and the location the internet said it should be in doesn't exist. WTF.

I don't know jack about Macs other than that the current OS is basically BSD Unix, so I may be of no help at all. Unix log files typically end with .log, so I would open up the terminal, and run find / -name *.log and see if any of the results look like they might be the one you're looking for.
