I do know how to do stuff! Buuuuuut our developer/admin with like 10+ years experience under her belt left for a (much much) better position, and while I can still Skype or email her, I a) don't want to just keep pestering her with OMG HOW DO I DO IT questions, b) she is busy with getting settled into her new job, and c) she is a very nice person who falls prey to the "Well just do this and this and then the thing and it'll work!" style of training when I ask her stuff, without taking into consideration that, on things like this, I can be very, very literal and without you telling me exactly where to look to Do This, I will spend 600 times too long to find it. And I am having a hellacious time with this one process.

I would offer to help but all of these proprietary systems are different so my experience means nothing. Good luck with it though.
Also, "ServiceNow" reminds me that I saw a sail boat named "Serenity Now" the other day, and I am having trouble deciding whether it's apt or not.

I work for ServiceNow. Feel free to private message me. Holy shit, really? I probably walked right past you in Orlando! Probably not. Since I'm not in sales, I didn't get to attend Knowledge. Although I did come over on Sunday evening to meet with some friends/former coworkers who were attending.
