Last week, my Kindle app logged me out for no reason that I know of, and now it will not let me re-register. I'm getting the "email or password you typed isn't recognized" message. It's definitely my email address, and it does that thing where it shows the letter you typed in the password for an instant, and the password is definitely correct. Multiple times, I have
Used the one-time password provided via email Uninstalled and reinstalled Rebooted the phone Changed my Amazon password
and it just continues to tell me I'm not recognized
It's a Windows phone, Nokia 635 or 640, I forget which, Windows 8.1, which should still be supported. I did call Amazon, and basically she told me to do exactly everything I had done already.I didn't really realize how much I used the Kindle app when standing in line, waiting for a meeting, whatever, until I couldn't do, and it is SUPER-frustrating. Anyone have any bright ideas? A new phone is not an option right now.
