I'm a half Swedish half Peruvian student who lives in Sweden. I like to point out the fact that I'm Swedish fairly often and pine in whenever Sweden gets brought up - mainly because this reminds me of the Samantha Bee articles in America (The Book).

It's a little late for all this, but I don't think we were ever properly introduced. I am fullyoperationaltom, otherwise known as The Fully Operational Tom Bombadil. I have operated that handle in our AVC homeland for a couple of years with an absolute shoddy disregard for the gimmick upon which it is based. I think maybe once or twice I hamfistedly threw together some gangsta flow for ol' Tom Bombadillo. And speaking of ham fisting, I'd just like to thank everyone! I'd like to thank all of you for all the years of tremendous commentary back in our AVC homeland that redeems whole swaths of the innerwebs with its eloquence and jocularity. Hopefully it can keep flowing in this disqus-free zone. Anyway, I'm still Canadian and have little to say of consequence. So, I broke down and registered here because it got mentioned in a couple of threads where we were bitching about disqus.
Funny, because I tended to almost always skip the actual TI back at the home site, and never had the patience to try to use disqus for the kind of extended conversations people apparently managed to have under the TI and "Community season finale from last season" comments.
As you probably figured, I'm edked, same name & avatar as back at the old place.
My first name really is "Ed," maybe I'll say more over time...

Oh no, I meant me and my downvoted comments and asinine comments for shows I like. The downvotes and cruel threats hurt but one must come to terms with their already dwindling popularity and double down on that in a masochstic competition nobody else knows you're playing. Truth is I just say the wrong thing in the wrong places and am the social failure people think they could be when they grow up. Anyway, hi and I hope to make friends with the wall and a glass of whisky as is my won't. |

Hey there, I go by Bulbasaurus Rex over on AV Club so I figured why switch it up here. I post VERY infrequently on AV Club, but I like the level of discussion in the comments there enough that I decided to join a fan forum for it, so there you go. I can probably talk with more confidence and knowledge about video games than anything, but really I just like hearing interesting people talk interestingly about just about anything.
