Could be worse--you could be a Bears fan.
Pickles is going to be their starting QB for at least two weeks!

EVERY TIME! EVERY DAMN TIME! Every time the Bills fans get HYPE about their team, every time it feels like this might be the year they can finally break the playoff drought, they always bite off more than they can chew and want to beat the patriots. Bills fans were chanting "We want Brady", WELL YOU FUCKING GOT HIM! 466 YARDS AND THREE MUTHA FUCKING TOUCHDOWNS! Oh, sure the score was close, but they got their asses whooped for 3/4ths of the game. I don't feel pity for you anymore, Bills and Bills fans(except rando, we cool). I enjoy these wins so much, I know it destroys you on the inside and destroys your morale. Yeah, it is punching down for the pats. It is like taking candy from a baby, like a high school kid beating up an elementary school kid, AND I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT. The best part Bills, you aren't even special, these games happen all the damn time for the Pats. You, the jets, the dolphins, Texans, Bengals, Tebow, Andrew Luck colts etc. etc. I've stopped having as big a passion for football as I previously had, because it is violent game that wears down the people who play it. Literally shrivels up their brains. That is hard to swallow and a thing that makes me feel ashamed of to be a fan. BUUUUUUUUUUUUT this type of game just throws all out that window. It is glorious seeing arrogant fucks who have no reason being arrogant fall back down to earth! EMBRACE THE HATE, PATS. FULL VILLAIN MODE! GROW SOME MUSTACHES SO YOU CAN TWIRL THEM! Brady 754 passing yards and 7 TDs, Brady in 07 576 passing yards and 6 TDs with 1 interception. Goodell didn't finish the job, and Tom Brady FU tour 15 IS UNDERWAY! Rex, we cool though, you at least always admit when you suck. Yeah, can't really say that a 40-32 loss for the Bills comes as a shock at all. Honestly the biggest surprise in a game with that score is that Gronk only had 113 yards or whatever it was with just the one TD, because he is totes going to end up with at least 20 TDs this season. And fortunately Aaron Williams isn't paralyzed and was released from the hospital yesterday. Also the Dolphins lost. To Jacksonville. That was amusing.

And that's why the colts hang banners for losing the AFC championship game.

I'd say the Seahawks already had their trap game in week 1, but then I remembered that they are contractually required to have an oddball loss to the Rams at least once every season.

And that's why the colts hang banners for losing the AFC championship game. J! Just remember what happened the next week to a strong defensive team that shellacked the Colts. I know the Bills and Jets have strong D's, but it isn't like the Colts have actually looked good, they seem like they just suck this year. Years of ignoring the Offensive line and Defensive will do that to a team. Though maybe the Jets beating the Pats in one of the games this year will be a good thing. I remember what happened last time Fitzmagic beat the Pats, he got a 60 million dollar contract and ended up shitting the bed so hard he was released a year later! AND DID YOU KNOW HE WENT TO HARVARD? Also, Terrell Owens on the bills was a thing that actually happened. The late 00s were a weird time.

Are the Chargers supposed to be mediocre/bad this year, or should I actually feel good about that Vikings defense? I don't really expect Minnesota to do much this year, but they are at least making the games fun to watch and seem to be on the upswing. Can't ask for much more than that with a 2nd year QB.

The Packers are good.
Aaron Rodgers is good.
Randall Cobb is good.
The run defense is okay and that's good.

The Chargers are supposed to be a possible playoff team this year, but so far it doesn't look likely. As far as the Vikings? Most people predicted them to take a good step up this year, the defense is good, Bridgewater seems competent enough, and AP is one of the best RBs in the league(whether you think he should still be in the NFL is something different). So yeah, I think the Vikings are going to be decent to good this year. Not a SB contender, but they should probably end up between 7 and 10 wins depending on how close games swing their way.

I was worried about tomorrow's Bears v. Raiders match up, until I realized that the Bears are currently 0-3.
Take that, Bears fans.

So, how badly are the 49ers going to lose to the Packers this week? +/- 40 points?

People keep going on about how the dolphins are seriously underperforming. But are they? Like the core of this team has been around for a few years already, and all they've mustered up is .500 at best. The coaching does suck, but let's be real. That roster still wouldn't come close to a SB team. Grimes and Wake are good, but not great. Same with Landry and Miller on O, and tannehill is the perfect example of average. And then the rest of the team is just ehhh. Sorry dolphins players who are already quitting on the season and putting full blame on the coaching staff, it isn't just the coaches, you suck as well.

Philbin got the axe and that's good for the Dolphins.
Packers remain undefeated and the defense appears to be competent! That's good for me!

Oh cool, it only took four weeks for the Bills to lose in absolutely pathetic fashion to a shitty team. Guess I won't have to worry about being emotionally invested in November and December games, and my 7-9 prediction for this team should be right on the money. On the bright side, I get to give up hope on the Bills just in time for hockey season. Not that the Canes are going to be any good, but Im excited to see what happens with the young players/attempts to trade the old overpayed ones.

Possibly! But that's besides the point. The Lions should have had the ball at the 6 inch line because of the ball getting batted out of bounds.

It's a completely different category than a certain other blown call imo. This is something that had zero effect on the actual play-play (even if by the letter of the law the call should have been made it's more excusable that they didn't see/call it) rather than the play actually being the blown thing. Had the call been made you'd probably see op-ed's today about how the rule should be changed Much as I hate Seattle they made the play to win the game and deserved to win the game imo. You want to talk about injustice from blown reffing calls I can regale you with the amateur hour antics of the CFL refs vs. my team the past couple weeks.

So Gary Barnidge pretty much caught the ball with his taint.

So what exactly were the colts trying to do with that punt? Why didn't they call a timeout? Even if macafee would have got the snap cleanly there was no way he was not going to get immediately sacked. There was only one blocker. Did they expect him to somehow make the way more athletic defenders miss and for him to run it a few yards? What the fuck was that?
