Cops, America’s Longest-Running Reality Show, Has Been CanceledSurprised this was still on the air, I can't think of a piece of entertainment I'd rather watch less, who are the people tuning into this every week? Unsurprising because when you see how they act when TV cameras aren't on them, glorifying them seems kinda gross.

A&E is still running Live PD, which is pretty much the same concept but aired live. COPS may be ending itself, but the premise of the show is still going strong under different names on different networks. |

I spent some time in juvenile detention when I was a teenager, and it was surprisingly popular among the gang members/criminals there. I never watched it upon my release back into society because, again, why? But yeah I can imagine some of the people who watch it and get excited by the authorities smashing the criminal element they fear is around every corner. |

Iran issues arrest warrant for Trump over drone strike that killed Qasem SoleimaniNot really surprising that they issued the arrest warrant, countries do that all the time for political points. The really surprising thing for me is that Soleimani was killed in January... of 2020. Just six months ago we were looking at wreckage of his motorcade outside the Baghdad airport and wondering what the fuck Trump was thinking. I mean that had to be a couple of years ago right?
